We are committed to helping people to stay fit and healthy. This website is mostly intended for Freshmen and last year high-school students but anyone can benefit from it. This will be a shared space where we provide our own workout programs and healthy meals and snacks, but it will also be open to add other people's ideas.

In this website we will provide workouts which vary from difficulties and timewise as well as many healthy meals especially for students in Freshman year. The workouts vary from staying fit as well as targeting a specific muscle group of the body. We provide meals which students can cook and enjoy. The website is intended to have many people contribute, we will created meals and workouts ourselves made, although we ask other peoples oppinions and share their ideas on certain meals and exercises.
